This whole experience, including being present when Ruth was born, has left an indelible mark on my very soul. And the pleasure was all mine to be there in San Francisco to help and watch the rest of the girls be with their mom. <br><br>It has made me aware of Spina Bifida (my first year to have a student in my class), improved my relationships with my family and friends, and brought me closer to God.
